Wedding Reception
Afternoon ceremony guests through to an evening party

The Wedding Party Package
Built for an informal afternoon wedding: your ceremony guests arrive from 4.30pm for an afternoon tea buffet, then the room turns over for evening guests joining from 7pm, with a hot & cold finger buffet served at 8pm.
The room is yours from noon to decorate, dressed with white swan-silk table coverings and a mirrored centrepiece plate as standard. A £200 booking deposit (cash) secures your date, with the balance due one month before the wedding.

All prices exclude VAT. Every quote is built around your date and guest count.
Included as standard
Projector screen and overhead projector come with every room booking, along with tables, chairs and complimentary parking in front of the club.
Overflow parking
Larger bookings can use the overflow space on the tennis courts, weather permitting — just let us know your expected numbers when you enquire.
A few common questions
How do I secure a date?
A £200 booking deposit, paid in cash, holds a wedding date. Get in touch with your preferred date and we'll confirm availability before you pay anything.
When is the balance due?
For weddings, the remaining balance is due one month before the day. We'll confirm exact terms for private and corporate bookings when we send your quote.
Can the evening run later?
Standard evenings run to 11.30pm, with an option to extend to midnight — just ask when you book so we can confirm bar and staffing.
Is parking included?
Yes — complimentary parking sits in front of the club, with overflow space on the tennis courts for larger events.
